Returns
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund because all selections are custom selected and ordered for your design.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A 20% fee will be charged for restock and delivery fees of replacement may be charged.
Window treatments are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Shipping:
Your product, is directly shipped to: Design on a Dime Interiors Studio where your designer is in charge of accepting the product and doing a quality control analysis on all products accepted.
